Danish govt sets coverage obligation for 1800 MHz auction

The Danish Energy Authority said there will be requirement in the forthcoming 1,800 MHz spectrum auction to provide mobile services to disadvantaged areas. It said the coverage obligation will be for 2,185 homes, businesses and holiday cabins in 245 different locations nationwide. They will have to be able to get internet at a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps, with 3 Mbps for uploads, and voice service capability.
