Danish log-in system NemID gains users' confidence in 2017

The Danish Digitisation Authority said public confidence in the NemID universal log-in system is at 84 percent, its highest since 2013 and a rise from 82 percent in 2016. NemID was used by 95 percent of Danes in 2017, up from 90 percent in 2016. The authority added that 55 percent of people logged in via their smartphone or tablet last year, up from 48 percent in 2016.
