Data privacy worries curb drive to donate, resell phones

Some 66 percent of French say that price will be a very important consideration when they buy their next mobile phone and they are ready to resell their current device to defray the cost of the new one, but concerns about the confidentiality of their personal data often prevents them from doing so.
