Datadog raises USD 648 mln in IPO, reportedly rejects Cisco takeover offer

The cloud monitoring specialist Datadog has raised USD 648 million in an initial public offering of shares on the Nasdaq market in New York. The 24 million shares were priced at USD 27 each, above the original indicated range of USD 19-22. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 3.6 million additional shares.
