Dauphin Telecom gets LTE test licences

French telecom regulator Arcep has awarded two test licences to Dauphin Telecom for technical trials of 800 MHz LTE at Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe, and at Marigot, Saint Martin. These tests will run before Arcep publishes a call for candidates in the first quarter of 2015 for spectrum in the 800 MHz and 2.6 GHz bands for LTE services in French overseas territories.
