David Willetts praises Huawei investment in UK

David Willetts, Minister for Universities and Science, has praised Huawei for its efforts and investment in the UK, Computer Weekly reports. Speaking at Huawei's summer party in Whitehall, Willetts said that he recognised Huawei's 'very important' contribution to the UK economy and that it had a significant role in the country's future growth. His comments come after the Intelligence and Security Committee (ISC) expressed security concerns about Huawei's involvement in the supply of critical national infrastructure.
