De-CIX to submit questions to Germany's highest court on intelligence ruling

The operating company Frankfurt-based internet exchange De-CIX announced that it will bring questions to Germany's Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG), the country's highest court, after the Federal Administrative Court in Leipzig ruled the internet exchange could be forced to comply with request for information from Germany's foreign intelligence agency (BND).
