Denmark's Nets becomes Przelewy24 main shareholder, merges it with Dotpay/eCard

Danish IT company Nets said it has established an alliance with Polish online payment services provider Przelewy24 and has also acquired Dotpay/eCard. The two firms will be brought into a consolidated company with Nets as the main shareholder.  Przelewy 24's original owner and director Piotr Kurczewski will stay on as CEO and as a joint shareholder, and Andrzej Budzik remains CEO at Dotpay/eCard.
