DeTe opens new company in Romania

German group Deutsche Telekom, which indirectly controls the Telekom Romania group of companies (former Romtelecom and Cosmote), opened in March a new company on the local market, writes local publication Hotnews.ro citing data published on 12 April in the country's Official Gazette. Named Deutsche Telekom Pan-Net Romania, the company has a registered social capital of EUR 3 million and was founded by Deutsche Telekom Europe Holding. Its the main area of activity is data processing, hosting and related activities. The registered office of the company is in Baneasa Business & Technology Park,
