Detecon wins tender for pricing framework in Swaziland

South African firm Detecon Consulting stands to win a SZL 2.3 million tender for development of a cost model and pricing framework for Swaziland's telecommunications industry, reports the Times. Detecon Consulting scored 80 percent in the tender evaluation and emerged as the best bidder, and could be granted the contract to devise a cost model, pricing framework and international mobile telecommunications frequency band plan and roadmap.
