Deutche Telekom CEO calls for European champions in cloud, chipsets, AI

The CEO of Deutsche Telekom Timotheus Hottges said that larger companies, or 'European champions', are important in sectors such as cloud, chipsets, artificial intelligence (AI) and software, Heise Online reports.  To support such groups, a reform of antitrust law is needed, he said speaking at the Hub conference of Bitkom in Berlin.
