Deutsche Telekom continues to operate with staff working remotely, technicians on the road

Deutsche Telekom said that it has equipped 16,000 employees of its service centers with computers to work remotely, while 6,000 service technicians will continue to assist customers at their homes. The technicians lay and repair cables and systems, set up routers, TVs and other devices, and give customers tips and information. They perform around 32,000 operations daily.
