Deutsche Telekom discloses details of BND collaboration

Deutsche Telekom has released a statement on its corporate blog admitting collaboration with the German intelligence services, but denying any cooperation with foreign intelligence services. Despite the legal obligation to collaborate with the Federal Intelligence Service (BND), Telekom asserts that the maintenance of the secrecy of telecommunications and the protection of customer data are its highest priority.
