Deutsche Telekom flags efforts to improve customer service at IFA

Deutsche Telekom, which unveiled several new service offerings at IFA 2017, also demonstrated a range of ongoing initiatives that are designed to improve customer service standards, including a personal call-back service and the MagentaSERVICE App.
