Deutsche Telekom ICSS enters deal with VimpelCom

Deutsche Telekom unit International Carrier Sales & Solutions (ICSS) has signed an agreement with the VimpelCom Group to provide it and its affiliates with signalling services using an advanced modular system. ICSS won the deal with the VimpelCom Group following a competitive bid process.
