Deutsche Telekom introduces new browser security

Thursday 6 November 2014 | 12:23 CET | News
Deutsche Telekom reacts to increasing cyber attacks with a new security feature for the Telekom Browser 7, which enables internet users to see whether their internet connection is being misused for a cyber attack and to combat the attack. According to Telekom's Cyber Security Report 2014, nine out of ten German companies have been the target of cyber attacks. Every day, the provider records up to one million attacks on its networks and up to 40 percent of all internet users in Germany have been attacked by malicious software last year.
