Deutsche Telekom invests in phone-as-a-service start-up Everphone

Deutsche Telekom has invested in Berlin-based phone-as-a-service start-up Everphone, Techcrunch.com reports. The start-up has raised USD 65 million in a series C round on top of USD 135 million equity financing. Everphone also raised USD 40 million in a Series B round last summer. The latest funding round was led by German private equity investor Cadence Growth Capital (CGC), now Everphone's biggest shareholder.
