Deutsche Telekom issues data from transparency report 2014

Deutsche Telekom has released a transparency report for 2014 on its cooperation with government agencies, stating that a total of 47,958 access lines were monitored that year compared with 49,796 in 2013. The German state's interest in traffic data has grown significantly. In 2014, Deutsche Telekom accessed its database 502,847 times to fulfil its legal obligations, up from 436,331in 2013. A total of 27,957 requests for subscriber data were made in 2014.
