Deutsche Telekom partners with Shell to cut CO2 emissions

Deutsche Telekom said its subsidiary T-Systems has signed an agreement with Shell to find opportunities for co-investments in business models aimed at decarbonising the economy. Under the agreement, the companies will also pursue a net zero greenhouse gas emission goal and collaborate to accelerate internal digital transformation. Shell will supply renewable energy to T-Mobile US, which aims to use only renewable energy by the end of 2021.
