Deutsche Telekom restores most mobile, fixed network services in flooded areas

Deutsche Telekom confirmed that it has restored at least basic mobile phone service to more than 99 percent of affected customers in the areas of North Rhine Westphalia and Rheinland-Pfalz affected by recent severe flooding.
