Deutsche Telekom rolls out NIMS platform for cloud VoIP services

Deutsche Telekom said it is using the Next Generation IP Multimedia Subsystem (NIMS) platform to offer IP fixed telephony over the cloud. Through NIMS, Telekom will manage up to 18 million connections centrally from its data centres in Germany.
