Deutsche Telekom staff put client points on own accounts

Deutsche Telekom employees across Germany failed to tell their customers about a bonus programme when entering a Telekom contract and credited the Payback points to their own accounts, bild.de reports. On average, a customer receives 5,000 points worth EUR 50 per contract. Since the end of 2014, 120 customer advisers took points worth EUR 400,000.
