Deutsche Telekom to upgrade LTE coverage on Swiss-German border

Deutsche Telekom said it is going to improve LTE coverage in over 30 municipalities along the Upper Rhine near the German-Swiss border by upgrading 59 existing transmission sites with LTE antennas. Telekom said it will likely begin constructing additional LTE antennas during the fourth quarter of 2018 with the goal of enabling all sites to transmit the top broadband speeds by the beginning of 2019.
