Deutsche Telekom upgrades 400,000 households with vectoring

Deutsche Telekom has announced the expansion of its VDSL vectoring service for over 400,000 additional households in Wittenberg, Cottbus, Munster, Peine, Velbert, Dinslaken, Gottingen, Heilbronn, Herne and Recklinghausen, Onlinekoste.de reports. Residents will have access to broadband with download speeds of up to 100 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 40 Mbps. By 2016, Telekom wants to increase the number of VDSL households to 24 million.
