Devon, Somerset fibre broadband roll-out reaches halfway

The Connecting Devon and Somerset (CDS) project has passed the halfway mark in its roll-out of superfast fibre broadband. As a result of the programme, more than 170,000 households and businesses in the two counties now have access to fibre broadband, of which almost 150,000 can access speeds of 24 Mbps and above. Fibre broadband is becoming available to more than 10,000 additional premises each month.
