DiData faces ZAR 441 mln suit from ex-chairman

Former Dimension Data (DiData) board chairman Andile Ngcaba's discrimination lawsuit is set to be heard in court this week as the businessman seeks ZAR 441 million in compensation, Business Day reported.  He is seeking ZAR 170 million in damages for racial discrimination and claiming ZAR 261.3 million for unpaid bonuses, saying that prejudice on the grounds of race resulted in him being paid less than other senior executives. He is also claiming ZAR10 million in damages for racial slurs and insults.
