Digi lowers FY outlook as Q2 revenue declines 4.3%

Malaysian operator Digi posted second-quarter service revenue of MYR 1.45 billion, down 4.3 percent year-on-year on cuts to interconnection rates and tough competition in data services. Postpaid and internet revenues increased, while prepaid revenue stabilized as internet adoption continues to exceed the use of legacy voice services in this segment, Digi said.
