Digi unveils new range of XBee cellular modems

Digi International, which provides machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity products and services, has announced the latest additions to its XBee range of cellular modems. The three new variants are the XBee Cellular gen 2 modem designed for the AT&T Cat 1 cellular network, the XBee Cellular LTE–M and the XBee Cellular NB–IoT. The devices come with full programmability, built-in security, USB support, Bluetooth Low Energy (BTL) and Bluetooth Mesh connectivity plus support for OTA firmware upgrades and remote management.
