Digicel launches customer engagement platform with Fastforward.ai

Digicel Group has teamed up with Silicon Valley-based social media and commerce specialist Fastforward.ai to launch a customer engagement platform in the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific. The Fastforward.ai platform uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to bring real-time automated offers, recommendations and answers, and 1-click purchases inside Facebook Messenger and other messaging apps. It also enables efficient management of digital campaigns and customer relationship management.
