Digicel has won a 15-year contract from the governments of Saint Lucia, Grenada, Saint Vincent & Grenadines. Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Programme (CARCIP) will see the creation of knowledge-based economies, enabling the governments, citizens and businesses in the three countries to accelerate their digital transformation. CARCIP is a ground breaking project initiated by the World Bank and co-ordinated by the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU).
