Digi's non-executive director Ryszka leaves

Romania-based Digi Communications announced that non-executive director Sambor Ryszka decided to resign from his position. Ryszka stepped down with 1 year before his mandate with the company expired. He also gave up his duties at Digi Hungary. However, he will remain active as a non-executive director of the company and will be available to finalise any pending commitments until 30 April. Ryszka worked for the Digi group during the past 8 years. The company said it started a search for a successor who will be proposed on the occasion of the upcoming company's general shareholders meeting.
