Digital DEWA implements private industrial 5G SA equipment from Du

Digital DEWA, a division of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), has agreed a partnership with Du to implement the region's first industrial private 5G slicing through 5G stand-alone (SA) technology. InfraX, the Digital DEWA subsidiary responsible for ICT services, will be the first in the region to offer the utility industry private 5G slicing supported by edge computing. It will enable DEWA to enhance efficiency and improve the way of handling business through a dedicated, secure and state-of-the-art network.
