Digital Realty opens data centre at former Toronto Star printing plant

Digital Realty opened its third data centre in Toronto. The new facility, which will provide up to 46 megawatts of critical power capacity to the Greater Toronto Area, is located on the site of the former Toronto Star printing plant at One Century Place in Vaughan, Ontario. The new facility is engineered to deliver a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25 annualised at full capacity and will be one of Canada's most efficient and reliable data centres. With 23 computer rooms ranging from 800 to 1,200 square meters (approximately 8,600 to 13,000 square feet), it can accommodate power
