Digital Realty starts offering of unsecured senior notes

Digital Realty has started an offering of unsecured senior notes due 2028, subject to market and other conditions. Money raised will be used to pay back debt from the company's revolving credit facility, to acquire additional properties or businesses, to fund development opportunities, and for working capital. Anything left will go towards general corporate purposes, including more debt payback or share buybacks.
