Digital Scotland announces next 200 fibre towns

The Digital Scotland Superfast Broadband partnership, which is celebrating the first anniversary of the start of the deployment this month, has announced that fibre broadband will be rolled out by BT Openreach engineers in another 200-plus locations across the country. Up to 145,000 homes and businesses across Scotland will be next to benefit from the arrival of high-speed fibre broadband in the latest phase of the programme.
