Digital Scotland roll-out nears completion across Highlands, Islands

The Digital Scotland Superfast Broadband roll-out in the Highlands, led by Highlands & Islands Enterprise, is making its final connections before handing over to the Scottish Government's Reaching 100% (R100) programme.
