Monday 11 May 2020 | 09:31 CET | News
Digital technologies could reduce global greenhouse gas emissions by up to 20 percent, according to a study published by the digital association Bitkom in cooperation with the Borderstep Institute and the University of Zurich. In Germany, use of digital technologies could cut up to 290 megatons of CO2 in 2030, or around 37 percent of forecast greenhouse gas emissions.
