DirecTV cleared of most damages in FTC case over deceptive advertising

DirecTV has won a partial victory in a case brought the Federal Trade Commission over deceptive advertising. A California federal judge rejected large parts of the lawsuit claiming nearly USD 4 billion in damages for consumers, the Wall Street Journal reports.
