Dish loses access to Northwest channels in carriage fees dispute

US pay-TV provider Dish Network has lost access to local channels in ten markets, across nine states that are owned by Apollo Global Management. At the same time, Dish obtained a temporary restraining order from an Illinois court to maintain access to 14 stations Apollo recently acquired from CMG.
