DNA aims for 35% female management by 2023

Finnish operator DNA said it aims to have 35 percent female representation in management and supervisory positions by 2023. Currently, 31 percent of its management staff are women, and 22 percent of supervisory staff. Out of its total workforce, 38 percent are women, and it aims to lift this to 40 percent as part of its diversity goals.
