DNA says 87% of Finnish 8-year-olds have mobile phone access

Finnish operator DNA said 87 percent of eight-year-old children in Finland have access to a mobile phone, with most minors getting their first handset at age 6 or 7. About 60 percent of seven-year-olds already possess their own phone, and four fifths of these are smartphones.
