DNA says 89% of Finns value flexible working time as way to accommodate family life

Telenor's Finnish division DNA said it has carried out a survey that found that 57 percent of Finns of working age consider it important that their employer has policies that accommodate family life. Respondents consider flexibility in working hours to be the most important characteristic of a family-friendly workplace (89%), as well as family-based leave and flexibility (83%) and job location flexibility (78%).
