DNA shares suspended after tribunal grants Telenor right to redeem minorities

Finnish operator DNA said that the arbitral tribunal appointed by the redemption board of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has declared that Telenor Finland Holding has the right to redeem the DNA minority shares. It added that Telenor has the right to obtain title to the minority shares by posting a security approved by the tribunal to pay the redemption price and interest. As a result, Nasdaq Helsinki has now suspended public trading in DNA's shares.
