Docomo offers direct carrier billing for Spanish parking app

Thursday 16 March 2017 | 13:29 CET | News
Mobile commerce enabler Docomo Digital has announced a partnership with popular Spanish mobile ticketing app e-Park to allow consumers to pay for parking directly from their mobile phone bill. In a European first, customers of Spain's three biggest operators – Telefonica, Orange and Vodafone – will be able to buy parking tickets using direct carrier billing, said Docomo. Over half a million customers have downloaded e-Park since its launch in July 2013, and the app is now active in 13 Spanish cities.
