Japanese operator NTT Docomo has announced its new medium-term strategy for implementation through the 2020 fiscal year, effective immediately. According to NTT Docomo, the 'Declaration beyond' plan is designed to exceed the expectations of customers and help them connect with their aspirations via new services; and create all-new value propositions in collaboration with business partners.
