Dominican Republic internet accounts triple in 5 years

The number of e-mail accounts tripled in the Dominican Republic in the last five years, as reported by the Observatory of the Information Society and Knowledge (OSIC-RD). The Dominican Telecommunications Institute (Indotel) states they grew to 4.6 million in October 2015.
