Donetsk separatists to invest RUB 350 mln into e-govt

The Ministry of Communications of the Donetsk People Republic, formed in areas of Ukraine controlled by pro-Russian separatists, plans to invest RUB 350 million in digital services for the region, including an e-signature service, reports Cnews.ru. The region plans to use funds earned by regional government-owned operators. The revenues of those operators totaled RUB 2.4 billion in 2018, up from 486 million the year before.
