Doro plans to distribute monitoring and alarm ops to shareholders under the name Careium

Swedish phone vendor Doro has announced a proposal to distribute its alarms and monitoring operations to its shareholders under the new name Careium. It had already announced plans for a separate listing of what has so far been called Doro Care. The matter will go to vote at an EGM on 22 November.
