DStv renews contract for Discovery channels

MultiChoice Africa and Discovery have renewed their agreement for Discovery channels on the DStv platform. DStv customers will continue to get access to Discovery Channel (DStv channel 121), fashion and lifestyle tips on TLC (channel 135), Discovery Family (136), crime stories on Investigation Discovery (IDx, channel 171). Animal Planet is not included in the new agreement and will stop airing on DStv on 30 December.
