DT, Cinven to file bids for Telekom Slovenije - report

Friday 10 April 2015 | 11:45 CET | News
Slovenia can expect two binding bids for Telekom Slovenije on 13 April, both below market value, a source familiar with the process told Reuters. The source said investment fund Cinven and Deutsche Telekom are likely to bid around EUR 110 per share, compared to the market price of EUR 132.60 on 9 April. The source said the price would be lower than the current share price because of the falling profits at Telekom Slovenije and the risks from numerous court cases pending against the operator for allegedly abusing its dominant market position in past years.
